AI agent development in Malaysia

Most “AI” in business is a chat window someone has to remember to open. An agent is different: it holds a goal, uses your tools, and finishes the job without being babysat.

A clear task with a clear finish

A summary you still have to check line by line has not saved anyone time. We scope each agent around a task with a clear end, such as a quote drafted, a record updated or a report filed, so you can tell whether it worked.

Works inside your existing tools

Your team is not going to move into a new dashboard. We connect agents to the tools you already use (WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, your database or CRM), so the result lands where someone is already looking.

One job first, then expand

The fastest way to waste a budget is to design an all-knowing assistant. We pick the single most repetitive decision in your week, automate that, and only widen the scope once it has earned the trust.

What is included

Scoped in writing and priced before any work starts.

  • A scoped agent with a defined task and a measurable finish line
  • Integration with the tools you already run on
  • Human approval steps wherever the agent touches money or customers
  • A log of every action it takes, so you can audit what it did
  • An AI model chosen for the job, not the most expensive one by default
  • Handover documentation and a walkthrough with your team

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers. An agent acts. A chatbot can tell a customer your opening hours; an agent can check your calendar, book the slot, write it to your system and send the confirmation. If the job ends with something changing in your business, you want an agent.

How long does it take to build an AI agent?

A first working agent on a narrow task is usually two to four weeks from the kickoff conversation. Broader multi-step agents that touch several systems take longer, mostly because of access and approvals on your side rather than the build itself.

Will it make things up?

Language models can. That is exactly why we scope agents to tasks with checkable outputs and put an approval step in front of anything that spends money, contacts a customer or edits a record. The agent proposes; a person confirms until it has proven itself.

Do we need our own OpenAI or Claude account?

Usually yes, and that is deliberate. The API account stays in your name, so the agent keeps running whoever maintains it later. We will set it up with you and keep the running cost visible rather than buried in a retainer.
