Business process automation
Every business has a person who spends an hour a day moving the same information from one place to another. That hour is the cheapest thing you will ever buy back.
Automate the routine steps
The best candidates are steps where nobody makes a decision: moving an order into the system, chasing an unpaid invoice, filing a receipt. Leave the judgement calls with your team and take the typing off them.
Failures are reported, never silent
An automation that quietly stops is a disaster you find out about weeks later. Everything we build reports failures where you will see them, such as a WhatsApp group or an email, and retries safely instead of stopping halfway.
Hours measured before and after
We ask you to time the process before we touch it. Without that number nobody can say whether the automation paid for itself, and the whole argument turns into a feeling.
What is included
Scoped in writing and priced before any work starts.
- Connections between the tools you already use, with no migration
- Scheduled jobs: reports, reminders, reconciliations, backups
- Document and receipt handling with data pulled out automatically
- Failure alerts that reach a human, with safe retries
- Self-hosted n8n on your own server, or a custom script where that is simpler
- A before-and-after estimate of hours saved

What should we automate first?
Whatever someone does daily, by hand, from a fixed set of rules, and finds tedious. Data entry between two systems, sending the same reminder, generating the same weekly report. Start with one, prove the hours, then do the next.
Do we need to change the software we use?
Almost never. The point of automation is to connect what you already have. If your tools have an API, or even just email and spreadsheets, there is usually a way through.
Is n8n better than Zapier or Make?
For most of our clients, yes, mainly because it can be self-hosted, so you are not paying per task as volume grows and your data stays on your own server. Zapier is easier for simple two-app links, and we will say so if that is all you need.
What happens when something goes wrong at 3am?
The workflow alerts you rather than failing quietly, logs exactly which step broke, and where it is safe to do so, retries. We also build them so a half-finished run cannot leave your data in a broken state.
