Custom software and web apps in Johor Bahru
Off-the-shelf systems make you change your process to fit their menus. At some point the workarounds cost more than the software saved. That is the point where custom is cheaper.
We start from your spreadsheet
Almost every business we build for already runs the process somewhere, usually a shared spreadsheet with six tabs and one person who understands it. That file tells us more than any requirements document, and we start there.
Small first, then grow
Most internal tools fail because they are too big to learn. We ship the smallest thing your team can use on Monday, then add to it once we can see which parts they use.
You own it outright
The code, the database, the accounts. We document it and use standard tools, so another developer could pick it up without us. There is no lock-in.

Is custom software cheaper than a subscription?
Sometimes. Per-seat subscriptions look cheap at five users and painful at fifty, and they cost you every month forever. Custom is a larger one-off with a small hosting bill after. The answer depends on your headcount and how far your process sits from the off-the-shelf option. We will tell you if buying is the better call.
What if we already have a system we hate?
Very common. We can often build alongside it and move one process at a time, rather than a big-bang replacement that stops work for a week. Migrating your data across is part of the job, not an extra.
Who hosts it?
Usually your own cloud account so the bill and the access stay with you. We set it up and hand over the keys. Hosting for a typical internal tool is a modest monthly cost, not an enterprise licence.
What happens if we stop working with you?
You keep everything. Code in your repository, data in your database, accounts in your name, and documentation written for whoever comes next.
