RSTAR POS System

The brief

RSTAR Mini Mart needed one system for the whole shop: selling at the till, inventory in batches, stock levels and product conversions, daily cycle counts with variance and shrinkage tracking, and reports for daily sales, profit, discounts, payment breakdown and cash settlement.

What we built

A Flutter desktop application backed by a local SQLite database, so the till keeps working offline. Every stock movement is written to an append-only ledger instead of overwriting a quantity, which makes counts and shrinkage traceable.

Ownership

As with every project we take on, the code and the accounts belong to the client at the end of it, so they are never locked in to us.
