MPT Watch Sales Bot

The brief

Retail staff at a watch retailer were working out watch prices, commissions and discounts by hand at the counter, which was slow and caused mistakes at the point of sale.

What we built

A conversational bot for floor staff that does the commission and discount arithmetic in the chat window, so nobody is doing percentage maths in front of a customer.

Ownership

As with every project we take on, the code and the accounts belong to the client at the end of it, so they are never locked in to us.
